We are beginning to see a trend in the huge migration of businesses towards charity and socially conscious activities. In the abundance of types of socially conscious activities, let’s not forget about our future, the children, and especially those who are in poor health and the less fortunate.

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our Company, Educate to Learn Sdn Bhd. Simply stated, we are an Early Childhood Specialist with a mission to provide quality early childhood learning environments that will help nurture   the holistic development of our Nation’s future – the children. We assist NGOs and corporations to set up, operate, train, manage and monitor  care facilities for young children – i-play Community Toy Libraries, community and workplace childcare centres, kindergartens, sensorial play rooms for hospitals and hotels and Children’s Creative Activity Centres.

Our innovative i-play philosophy, pedagogy, curriculum and resources such as our Learning Centres and Theme Toy Boxes, the Childcare Centre Manager and   the Toy Library Manager Software Tools provide flexible solutions which can be tailor- made to meet the needs of the each community as well as sponsorship budgets.

As we come nearer to the end of 2008, and also the numerous celebrations such as Hari Raya Haji, Christmas and New Year, we would like to propose several sponsorship packages (kindly refer to Appendix 1) that can benefit the children further by giving them access to play and social interaction. We believe that one can never stop learning and neither should one be discounted from it. The children are the innocent victims, hence why not create an environment where they will still be given the opportunity to play and learn without discrimination.

We are proposing to furnish an Orphanage or GHKL’s Pediatric Ward with our carefully selected Toy Boxes and also to complement this with the running of Children Activities & Training of Volunteers. With this, the children will be given the opportunity to learn through play hence making them more susceptible to learning and growing in a holistic environment.

Each toy box will carry your Organisation’s Logo and in addition to that, we will submit 2 reports to you, a physical set-up report and also a monitoring report done after the completion of our activities. This is to ensure you that your kind donation has been utilized and carried out in the most effective and beneficial way.

Our i-play Thematic Toy Boxes has been specifically configured to provide toys and resources to support an integrated Thematic approach. To further complement the children’s learning, each toy box comes with a monthly Theme Planner which works as a guide for the Volunteers to carry out activities with the Children.

This proposed on-site Children Activities will not only benefit the Children in the ward/home but also staff members from the Hospital/Orphanage as they will be given a one-day Training on early childhood introduction.

After our involvement, the appointed staff will be able to independently run activities in the Ward/Home with the children under their care.

Our team will visit the Ward/Home 3 months after the completion of our activities to monitor and consult in the progress of the activities and supply additional materials at our discretion.
